have tried booking tickets for 4 times every time, money gets deducted from my money and I haven't even got the refund yet. Also I can't see anything thing in the refund section, while there should be 4 transactions which are failed. I need the refund ASAP. Please debug and update the app, the issue is after going to the payment application and while returning after the payment is done it gets logout and the transaction is failed. Please do the needful

We all know the importance of this app but I think the developers took it quite casually. I mean, why does it always directs me back to login page even when I just want to check out train schedule?? And even after logging in, it shows error and then again takes me back to login... the developer team needs to perform some indepth testing and debugging, only then they will be able to identify the errors. Guys, the whole country needs this app, so please improve it!!
